Welcome to the Bondi Weekly Market Report — your go-to for all the highs and lows of the week.
We’ll just say it — the best part of Thanksgiving isn’t the turkey. It’s the sides.
Sure, we’re a little biased. But let’s be honest — the real hero of Thanksgiving is the produce. The roasted, caramelized, herb-tossed, butter-basted kind that makes everyone go back for seconds (and still feel good about it, even though there’s way more butter than vitamins involved).
We’ve got all your Thanksgiving faves ready to roll — so let’s dive into this week’s Market Report and Bondi’s top menu picks.
🚨Closed on Monday:Bondi Toronto and Bondi Ottawa will be closed on Monday for Thanksgiving — regular deliveries resume on Tuesday. Please adjust orders accordingly to get you through the long weekend!

Market Recap
What's Up, What's Down
📈Price Increases📈
These items have surged in price this week:
ICEBERG LETTUCE, ASPARAGUS & CELERY STALKS (2647, 2655, 2093 & 2317) - High temps and ongoing heat waves in California have stressed crops, reducing quality, yield, and availability, and pushing prices higher.
LETTUCE ROMAINE (2687, 2689 & 2696) - Canada requires an E. coli Certificate of Analysis (COA), and that ongoing requirement — paired with tighter supply — continues to drive prices up.
FROZEN BLUEBERRIES (8165) - Poor yields this season — frozen blueberry supply is down roughly 40%, driving prices up. Expect elevated pricing through the end of the year.
STRAWBERRIES (3346) - Poor weather in California has affected fruit quality and significantly reduced supply, leading suppliers to prorate orders.
BRUSSELS SPROUTS (2225) - Prices remain high due to limited availability but our Quebec supply remains steady.
📉Price Drops📉
These items have dropped in price this week:
JUMBO YAMS (3476) - Supply has stabilized resulting in prices coming down to seasonal levels.
BROCCOLI CROWNS (2219) -Local supply was strong last week, but prices are starting to climb.
NAPA CABBAGE (2234) - Improved availability from Quebec has brought prices down.
LIMES (2720) - Prices are down as supply and quality improve in new growing regions.
This Just In!
